If you find a problem with the item you receive an exchange can be made. Should you be completely dissatisfied I will work with you to resolve the issue.

Paypal is the only method of payment accepted.

Items will be shipped the day after they are ordered (or the first day possible if weekend or holiday), unless stated in my shop that I am away, in which case I will state there the date items will ship.

Items will be shipped to address given to Etsy unless otherwise notified.

USPS First Class Mail will be used unless otherwise notified. If you prefer overnight delivery or insurance, please convo me before payment for a revised invoice and details.

All packages and items are packed appropriately to avoid damage and thoroughly inspected before shipping and so not responsible for damages in transit. If you would like insurance please convo me and I'll send a revised invoice.

International customers will be responsible for any customs issues.

MagpieSkinnies uses CLEAN recycled shipping materials whenever possible out of concern for the environment.
