Additional policies and FAQs
I would be thrilled to learn that my puppets had been used for public performance. Please help me to spread the Mahjak Productions word and let others know where the puppets came from. All my puppets are under the Mahjak Productions design roof. This means that by purchasing a puppet does not mean that you can copy it.

Age Appropriate Puppets:
Although my puppets can be mistaken for rattles (they do not rattle!), they are not suitable for babies and children who still have a tendency to bite, suck, bash or pull on them. Over 3 years works best.

I have had customers who have bought puppets as part of a room display for a new baby or any room they feel would look good with a puppet in a vase or pot. This is a cool idea. They certainly brighten up a space! I do like to think of each puppet as a work of art!

I also have had teachers buy my puppets to use as teaching aids. They make great story tellers, singing teachers and quiz masters. Kids also love to talk to puppets. You will be surprised what kids will share and tell their puppet friends about what they are learning.

My puppets are mostly made from wool/acrylic felt mix usually because the colour works well with another piece. I always test my felt for strength and durability. The stuffing I use is nylon/ polyester fibre fill. Each puppet contains a wooden spoon. Smaller puppets have a pole of doweling. Each large puppet has safety eyes. That still doesn’t mean they are safe to bash or suck.
Please read the descriptions for each product to find out the materials particular to that design.
