Frequently asked questions

Care instructions

Resin pieces are pretty easy to look after, but here are a few tips to be sure they stay in good condition

⭐Should the resin become dirty, wash lightly with water and a mild detergent (washing up liquid should do the trick) and then dry thoroughly.

⭐Avoid direct contact with purfumes or chemicals.

⭐Remove your jewellery when showering or swimming.

⭐ Avoid leaving any flower pieces in direct sunlight for significant amounts of time. This may affect the vibrancy of the flowers over time, and I wouldn't want anything to change how beautifully colourful they are!

The sun is the number one culprit for bleaching your home decor items. So I would recommend placing your resin letters out of the sun to avoid discolouration

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping is available at the checkout, and below is how your items will arrive if you tick this option.

⭐Rings, earrings and beads are placed inside an organza gift bag and placed inside a small pillow box which will be finished off with a bow.

⭐Larger items such as necklaces and rings dishes come in an organza bag and placed inside a gift box or pillow box, which is also finished off with a bow

⭐Resin letters are exempt from gift wrapping unless buying an individual letter. If buying 2 or more letters they will be wrapped in tissue paper and put inside a packaging box to be posted.
Individual letters can be placed inside an organza bag and sealed inside a gift box tied with a bow.

Any questions, please feel free to ask.

Ring sizes

To find out your ring size please measure the diameter of your finger, by using a tape measure and measuring from the left to the right side of your finger. If you don't have a tape measure, a piece of string will do the trick which you can then measure against a ruler to find out the diameter measurement in millimetres.

Sizes are readily available to view online by doing a quick Google search, which you can then also convert between UK and US sizes.

Do you do 'Made to order' items?

I no longer take orders for anything made to order or customised. I decided to step back from this due to working a day job alongside my shop, and limited hours.

I loved working on custom pieces, but the workload could be quite overwhelming on times, so I am now happy making stock at my own pace.
Thank You for understanding and hopefully one day in the future I'll be open again to customised orders x

Why is your shop closed so often?

Ok so here's a little explanation as to why I run my shop this way. I do get asked a lot why my shop is closed throughout the month, but I promise there's method to the madness. I found it quite overwhelming having my shop always open and also noticed my customers were having to wait for long periods while I got around to working on made to order items, custom pieces etc, which wasn't nice for my customers. So in order to cut lengthy waits, and long order and waiting lists I decided to trial a different way. Each month while my shop is closed I make up lots of ready to post items, restock some favourites and work on one of a kind pieces, then over a set weekend I open my doors to sell what I have made. Thanks for understanding x
