Returns and exchanges
It is my goal that every customer is 100% satisfied. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me first to see if we can work something out. I take great care in communicating with customers and will refund the full purchase amount if you are not satisfied (shipping costs will not be refunded).
Payment
I accept Etsy gift cards, PayPal and Credit cards.
Shipping
I ship items within 1-5 BUSINESS days from the date of purchase, or when I receive payment. If for some reason I need more time, due to an overwhelming amount of orders, I will let you know when I can ship your item. I will do my best to get items shipped promptly.

I pack every item carefully and securely, but once turned over to USPS, I am no longer responsible for any loss, damage, or shipping delays.

Items are shipped First Class unless you personally request another shipping method. Please let me know before your purchase if you would like confirmation or Priority Shipping and I will adjust the shipping price.
