Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Exchanges can be made within 30 days provided condition is same as new and shipping is handled by buyer.

Before sending any piece back please contact us via e-mail with a picture of the repair required.

1 year guarantee for repair on all pieces, just send $5 for postage to send it back once fixed.

You may cancel an order any time before it ships. If the order is in stock the total sale is refunded.

Custom orders require 50% of total as down payment before work is started, 25% of total is non-refundable.
Payment
We accept only PayPal unless a repair is required as described in the Refund Policy.
Shipping
Ships USPS to the 48 continental states only. If a piece is in stock it will be shipped by next day. If a bracelet or necklace needs to be built it usually ships within a week. More exotic materials and larger pieces need more time for assembly and material procurement and will be discussed on a case by case basis.
Additional policies and FAQs
Even if pieces are not made by us you may send them for repair, price determined on a case by case basis.

Please follow the directions on how to measure the size you need in the description of the item you choose to purchase. Include that information in the Note to Seller box when placing order in PayPal.
