5 out of 5 starsI received my print, and the quality of the paper is second to none. Even the packing is very well thought out as it’s a triangular shipping container instead of the standard tube packing that get’s crushed. Shipping was fast, and I would definitely shop here again.

Vintage map and engraving obsession - realized!
Maps have always been a source of wonder and adventure for me. The knowledge of having the "lay of the land" in your hands, the power to navigate wherever your heart desires, has been a lifelong obsession for me. I've always been a spatially minded person, even in childhood, as I could imagine things and places and flip them around in my head, always aware which way was North. Maps take that imagination and put it down on paper, tangible and shareable.
In much the same way, the art of woodblock and copperplate engraved prints transports one to another time and place. This time honoured craft allows for amazing detail, clarity, and variations in shade and light for stunning dramatic effect. The works created by these old masters take you somewhere the physical body could never go, into the realm of childhood dreams. As an artist myself, I can sit for hours studying the movement of lines, play of light, and ethereal atmosphere.
It's the obsession and admiration of these great works I attempt to share here at Majestic Prints. I scour books and various archives for fantastical imagery suitable for our purposes. I enhance them for clarity, and digitally repair any distracting blemishes, leaving behind the wear and foxing that adds to the character and intrigue of their history. There are adventures to be had, if only for a moment, in these weird and wonderful images. It's been said that you have to know where you've been to know where you're going. So join me inside, and relish where we have been through these majestic images. I hope to make the "where you're going" a more beautiful place.

Shop policies
All of our items are giclee quality prints produced from hi-resolution scans of original antique prints. They are digitally enhanced for brightness and color quality, and to correct any damage that distracts from the image, but we do not try to return any item to original. We leave behind light stains, general foxing, wear and creases, as we feel they lend to the vintage character that attracted us to them in the first place.
*Please note that our images are most optimal at the largest size offered. Be aware you may encounter readability issues with any script/writing in the smaller sizes. This is not an issue with print quality.

Returns and exchange details
Please notify us if your package is lost or damaged in the mail. We ask that you email pics of damage to majesticprintsellers [!at] gmail.com. If any order arrives broken, damaged, incomplete, or wrong, we will reship your order at no cost to ensure you are satisfied with our product.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING: We do not provide Expedited, Express, or Overnight shipping for the holidays as delivery time is beyond our control. We do work doubly hard to print orders in a timely manner and have had great success with USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL, and alternate providers delivering our parcels on time with orders placed by December 15. If you need your item in a rush and would like to inquire about a shipping upgrade, please convo us with the sizes/number of items you want and the destination zip code and we will provide a real-time shipping quote.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are shipped via USPS International Economy Mail, and no tracking can be provided. We do sometimes use an alternative international service, and if they provide tracking, it will be included for you. We do not offer express shipping internationally due to customs delays.
