Very bad service, first time to witness a disrespectful replies from an etsy member , she doesn't want you to write to her about any delayes but after 25 working days. She doesn't care about having her product used she cares more about the payment and if never delivered to you that shall be Royal Mail responsibility . Save your self a very aggressive negative purchase

Full story: Buyer orders on Dec4, I reach out to check she selected correct variation, turns out no cuz she didn't read listing. I cancel & refund so she can place correct order. Waits to do so until Dec27 night. I post internat. order (UK to Jordan) on Dec31. Buyer waits till it's sent to ask how long it'll take (I explain Royal mail says 5-7 bus days to get there, then depends on local service). Starts asking where it is on Jan10. I provide tracking # which she refuses to use. On Jan16 suddenly claims she needed it by Jan11 & no longer wants it. I say I can't be responsible for it not arriving by a date I knew nothing about; that item is not yet late & can only be reported to RM after 25 days. Insults my race in convo & promises to burn item on arrival. If anything, this is a testimony to my patience :D

Contemporary Calligraphy, from Beirut to London
I am originally a graphic designer but was trained by a master calligrapher in my home city of Beirut, and this beautiful and deep discipline is now my full-time occupation. I am an artist, constantly reinventing the script in various mediums and sizes, often adopting "mandala" configurations.
This shop features the crafty and smaller-scale aspect of my work: art prints, handmade books, jewelry, cards... You'll find the original fine art pieces on majnouna.com. I take commissions for original pieces and can work on budget. Sign up to my monthly newsletter to keep informed about my latest pieces, events and workshops : http://majnouna.com/subscribe.html
My eco-ethical pledge: My personal life reflects my deep concern for planetary and human well-being, and I am shifting my artistic practice to be equally light on the planet. Among other things, I'm phasing plastic out of all my packaging, and reducing its use in my art materials. Bear this in mind if your order arrives in a reused mailer!
Joumana Medlej dedicated herself to Kufi calligraphy when she moved from her native Beirut to London in 2013. She is also known for her graphic novels, children's books, artist references, and illustrations.
