Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense.

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY all orders placed through Make A Mum will be shipped when ready, usually 3-5 business days, using USPS.
RUSH ORDERS: If you have a rush order, please message us prior to ensure that we will be able to meet your deadline. To save all of us from disappointment, we will only commit to a rush order if we are confident that we can fulfill it.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the shipping method you selected at checkout, your order may take between 2-5 business days to arrive from when the order was shipped (US orders).
Can I customize/personalize my order?
Yes, absolutely! We love custom orders and almost everything can be customized!
If you need to make a minor change in color and/or wording, simply leave a note for us at checkout.
Where do you ship from?
All of our items are handcrafted and shipped from our pet/smoke free studio located in Pittsburg, East Texas. A small town right outside of Tyler, Texas.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Blossoms are protected by a clear high clarity plastic sealed bag.
We do offer gift packaging options here:

Your items will come protected by a new cardboard box when shipped and beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and rose petals with Make A Mum branding. We take great care and pride in packaging our items.
Sizing details
All sizes are stated in the listing details. If you need another blossom size please send me a convo before purchase.
Custom and personalized orders
We are happy to accept orders for items in the shop that you would like personalized.
Choose the style you like, order the number you may need and message us the color or name changes in the message box before you complete your orders.
Care instructions
Please be aware that these blossom are hand dyed and are not meant to be kept in the elements.
Blossoms can be used in other craft mediums or kept in a keepsake boxes.
