Design in plastic
Comecei a projetar há cerca de 3 anos, após uma busca infrutífera para encontrar uma peça de carro clássico obsoleta. A peça era pequena e, dada a minha formação em design e engenharia, decidi produzir eu mesmo o item.
Tudo o que faço é “caseiro”, desde a concepção dos moldes até à maquinação e moldagem do plástico. Possuo uma fresadora CNC, moldadora por injeção e software CAD/CAM completo. Tenho muita sorte de ter um galpão grande e bonito para fazer tudo isso.
No momento é apenas um hobby, mas quem sabe aonde isso me levará!

I started designing about 3 years ago, following a fruitless search to find and obsolete classic car part. The part was small, and given my background in design and engineering I decided to produce the item myself.
Everything I do is 'home made' from the design of the moulds through to machining and moulding of the plastic. I own a CNC milling machine, injection moulder and full CAD/CAM software. I am very lucky to have a nice big shed in which to do all of this.
At the moment it is just a hobby, but who knows where it will take me!
