Awesome patch and customer service

I appreciate this shops customer service so MUCH! Not only does he have awesome products BUT because of delays he sent vinyl design along with the patch that are awesome and MORE than make up for any delay. He let us know about the issue with his embroidery machine and he was more than apologetic. He was sincere and so so helpful. I asked him about a change of shipping address and he was happy to change it! I will definitely be coming back to his shop to look for more cool items. I cant tell you how appreciative I am of his communication. Some etsy sellers are late shippers or only put a business card in the bag if anything, but he goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. Great Shop! It did take some time but still wonderful quaility and also a free sticker for the time it took. If there is anymore elite dangrous patchs that end up getting made than just the one I will absolutely buy again. You guys are lovely. Thanks again!

I waited over a month for these items. Every week the man preparing my order would send me an update on the progress and about any delays that occurred. Remember: these guys have jobs and lives of their own as well. But When they arrived: absolute masterpieces. Worth the wait? Absolutely. Five stars, but remember: they have lives to live and technicalities do happen.

Looks good! It even came with a few extras! If there were more sizes and shapes, like a 2x3 or a 3" diameter I'd buy em too!

This patch looks great, it came quickly and is well made, it fits the shoulder patch spot on my uniform nicely.

Worked great for my Belter costume for Nerd Prom!

The quality of the patch is superb, the stitching is accurate and looks really nice. I will definitely buy from this guy again if he makes different designs. The order was somewhat delayed due to an unforeseen circumstance which I didn't mind.
