Due to the volume of shipping during the holiday season, USPS can have slower than normal shipping timeframes. Packages are taking 2-5 days on average depending on your location, but can take longer. Some packages are shipped Parcel Select ground and have a 2-9 day delivery timeframe. Please understand that once your package is dropped off, it is now in the hands of USPS and they control delivery date. I can 100% GUARANTEE SHIP DATE, but not delivery date.

Returns will be granted on a case by case basis. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If you have made a mistake in ordering or are unhappy with your order, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. if a refund is granted, I will refund the cost of the items MINUS the actual shipping charges I paid to ship your item. Most of my items include free or discounted shipping. Your refund will reflect my actual shipping cost, not your discounted shipping cost. Buyer is also responsible to pay all return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition.
