Hen parties, gifts and accessories

I am a mother, a web designer/developer by trade and a lover of all things crafty/arty in any spare time I get.

My shop started by accident when I designed some hen night badges for my sister's hen party. I was looking for something a little different and without the normal over the top bling factor. I now enjoy designing a range of goods including greetings cards, bags and stickers. I hope you like them too :)

I work with a third party to print my badges and labels to maintain consistency across all my different designs.

By day I code websites, by evening and weekend I am distracted by design and crafts. This shop contains a few of my little creations.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me, within 14 days of receipt, to arrange an exchange or refund. If your order is returned in perfect condition then I am happy to provide a refund less the postage cost. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Personalised products can not be refunded unless faulty.
Etsy handles all payments. You will have the option to pay via PayPal or Etsy Checkout. My shop accepts Etsy Gift Cards.

If you wish to cancel your order let me know as soon as possible. Once posted a refund is only possible once the item/s have been returned to me in saleable condition.
I aim to dispatch within 3 days of receiving payment. Please make sure your Etsy address is correct as that is the address I will ship to.


UK - Royal Mail First Class 1-3 working days.
Europe - Royal Mail International Standard (Airmail) 4-7 working days.
Rest of the World - Royal Mail International Standard (Airmail) 7-10 working days.

Please note these are only delivery estimates and dependant on time zones and public holidays post can be delayed. Please allow as much time as possible when ordering. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

I am not responsible for items lost in the post. I obtain proof of postage for all European and International orders but NOT TRACKING INFORMATION. If you would like your items tracked or a faster delivery service please contact me and I can give you a quote/further details.

Upgrading to International Tracked delivery is only for piece of mind. It does not speed up shipping or guarantee arrival by a particular date.

An international item is not considered lost until 20 days have passed.

I am able to offer next day delivery within the UK ONLY. This service is Royal Mail Special Delivery and is only available Monday-Friday. If you cannot see the option to upgrade your shipping at checkout please get in touch.
