Welcome to my Etsy shop, my name is Danielle and I am located in New York. My biggest goal is to provide the best customer service possible, so I encourage keeping the line of communication open for any questions or concerns, both before and after purchasing. I do accept custom order requests (see the Additional Info section for full details) and in some cases will also modify current merchandise to fit your needs. I make an effort to respond to messages as I get them, so if you send me a message you will typically hear back from me fairly quickly. Please keep in mind that I have no problem answering questions, making custom listings or modifications to items but that I have to do so BEFORE you purchase an item (there’s not much I can do once an item has been purchased). On that same note, if for some reason you get your item(s) and are not happy with it, please reach out to me before leaving negative or neutral feedback.

I do not offer and refunds or exchanges. I spend a great deal of time writing up each listing to ensure that I include every detail about the item. I also include as many pictures as allowed to show the size, detail and look of each item. If you have any additional questions about an item, please feel free to send me a message. Because of all of these extra efforts, there should never be a need for returns or exchanges.
My shop accepts direct payments (credit cards), PayPal & Etsy Gift Cards. As stated in each listing, payment is expected within three days of a closed sale. If payment has not been received at that time, the sale will be cancelled and the item will be re-listed. I do not ship until the payment has been received so the sooner the payment is made, the sooner you will receive your item(s). The prices for each item are set, if you need modifications to the item, have a custom request (see Additional Info section for more) or would like a different shipping option (see Shipping Policy) then the prices are subject to change.
I do all of my shipping with the USPS and state which option I have chosen (usually the least expensive) in each item listing. The shipping cost includes not just the shipping, but materials for packing as well. I offer tracking on all my items (unless stated) and I send an email as soon as your item(s) have been shipped. The email will include an estimated arrival time and the tracking number for your package. I generally ship within 48 hours of your order, within 24 on most weekdays. Because there is such a quick turnaround, be sure to check that your shipping info is accurate because there will not be much time for me to make changes before shipping.

If you would like a faster shipping option, send me a message BEFORE purchasing the item... I will calculate the new shipping cost and adjust the cost in the listing accordingly. While I do not list international shipping options in my listings, I do offer it. Send me a message BEFORE purchasing with your address and I will calculate the price for you and add the international option to the listing. I don’t charge for customs forms, I charge only for the shipping and the material to package.
Additional policies and FAQs
COUPON CODES - When I offer a coupon code, I will include it in the announcement on the shop’s home page as well in each individual listing it can be used for. Most of the time the code is for specific items, and the announcement will clearly state which sections or items it can be used on. If you use a coupon code for something outside of those specifications, I will cancel your sale and it may take up to 7 days for your funds to be returned. You must enter the code during checkout to receive the discount, once you’ve checked out there is no way to apply the discount other than to cancel the sale, wait to be refunded and re-purchase the item.

CUSTOM ORDER REQUESTS - I do offer the option to submit a custom order request, there is a blue button on the shop’s home page to do so. Keep in mind, this is a REQUEST... I will review the requests when they come in and contact you to let you know if it is something I am willing and/or able to do. Custom orders are subject to a change in price and have longer processing times before shipment. I will let you know if there will be a price change and also inform you of the time frame when I approve your request. Once a custom order is agreed upon (between both parties), I will create a reserved custom listing and you will have to purchase the item before I make it. This ensures that my time will not be wasted creating a custom item for you.

RESERVING ITEMS - I understand that that your time frame for buying something is on your own schedule. Like all of you, I know sometimes we have to wait for our paycheck to arrive to be able to purchase items. Due to this fact, I have no problem reserving items to ensure they will still be available when you’re ready to purchase them. Click on the item you want and at the bottom of the items description there is a link to contact the owner with questions, use that to request a reservation of an item. That way it links the item to me so I can be sure to reserve the correct one.
