It is a beautiful ring. Not the one in the picture. But the owner stayed in contact with me thru the whole process of getting another stone. She was very wonderful. Her craftsmanship is beautiful and exactly how she described it. Overall a great experience.

I really love this ring. It was custom made for me and is exactly what I wanted. I can't believe how perfect it is. Thank you so much! Truly amazing work of art

The ring is lovely. It took some time to arrive- not the sellers fault and I'm positive she was even more frustrated than I was- and the ring is lovely. And expertly made. Thank you.

About

Art from the streets of Latin America

I learned macrame with friends while traveling in Mexico and Costa Rica. I enjoyed it so much that I started to sell it in the streets while traveling. Then I settled in a small town in Mexico and opened an Etsy shop so I could reach more customers.
The post office workers are always surprised to see me with packages to Japan, Germany or Australia!

I was born in France and always loved traveling. Years ago I ended up in the magical colonial town of San Miguel de Allende in Mexico and decided to stay. I now enjoy every minute of my life here with my daughter, creating macrame jewelry...

Welcome to Makrama!
All my items are made with dedication and care. I use only high quality material and natural stones bought directly from the stone carvers.
Most of the listings are one of a kind pieces, but of course I can design a special piece for you. Just get in touch with me and explain what you are looking for. I will send you pictures of stones and color combinations available.
Bulk orders are welcome at reduced prices, so if you'd like to sell my jewelry in your store, contact me!

Payment
I prefer Paypal payments as it is easy to use and protects both buyers and sellers. Contact me if you would like to use another payment method.

I usually do not invoice my customers but let me know if you need me to do so.
Shipping
I ship within one business day of purchase in bubble bag or boxes so that the items get to you in perfect conditions. I like to recycle and re-use boxes when possible but let me know if you prefer a brand new box.

I use registered shipping by Mexpost. Once I have mailed the package, I will send you a tracking number and instructions on how to use the website as it is in Spanish. Allow two to three weeks to receive your item. In the unlikely event of a lost package, it would need to be addressed with the post office.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
There is no refund but if you are not happy with the item you receive, please contact me within five days.
I may be able to modify the item (length, a detail that bothers you...) or you can just exchange it or place a custom order. You will be responsible for all shipping fees and must use registered mail.

Custom orders cannot be exchanged as they were made especially for you.
If you claim you received a damaged item, I will need a proof.

Gift wrapping is available.

Custom orders are welcome.
