About Maksym
My passion for jewelry
Maxime Proulx graduated from the Montreal Jewelry school in 2012. Her passion for fashion and jewelry creation start at a young age and she follows her dream by starting studying silversmithing. During school, she also works part-time in her studio to create her own jewelry line. At the beginning of 2015, Maxime decides to quit her day job and work full time in her growing business. You'll can find Maksym jewelry in differents stores in Montreal, craft fairs and on Etsy.

Returns and exchange details
WARNING : We reserve the right to not to honor and to cancel every order from a user who uses a promo code in an inappropriate way and/or without my consent. Some promo codes are exclusive to boutiques, people and events. Thanks for your understanding.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us maximum 7 days after you received your order.
A refund or exchange will be made only on receipt of the return package. The shipping fees are not refundable and the cost of returning the goods are at your expense.

Contact us if the size on your ring is not good. For a half size adjustement we will do it for free. The shipping fees will be at your charge.
To adjust a ring for more than half fee of size it cost 10$ + shippings fees.
**Use your local post to avoid additional charges. Please do not send by Fedex or UPS, extra fees will be applied and will be deducted from your refund.

No refund or exchange in the event of an error in the delivery address entered by the buyer. It is your responsibility to write the correct address or to contact us to make the change in case of error.
