We started our Etsy shop when I (the mom half) decided that it was time to shake up our lives, and live our dreams. We began selling our hand crafted items in an effort to move cross-country from California to New York so that I could pursue a graduate degree in writing (I graduated in May '12!). Since then, the shop has helped support us in the lean times, and has let us have some fun when funds are flowing a bit more freely.

We've also met some fantastic people through our Etsy shop, some of which we've met in real life, others through Etsy.com, and many more on Facebook and Twitter.

The sales from this shop help keep us going.

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits

Returns and exchanges

If an item is damaged en route, send us a message, return the merchandise and we will provide a full refund, including shipping costs. ***All returns must be within 10 business days of ship date***

Unfortunately, we are not currently offering refunds or exchanges except on damaged items.

If you feel that you have a special situation, you are welcome to send a message to discuss it. We want to provide the best customer service possible.

Refunds solely because of customs/duties/taxes/etc applied by purchasers country will not be accepted.

Payment

Any orders without payment after 3 business days will be canceled and the item(s) will be re-listed. Please notify me immediately if you want an item but have a payment issue....maybe we can work something out.

To save resources, we will no longer be sending paper invoices with purchases. You will be able to get your invoice electronically via Etsy.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you must cancel a purchase please notify us immediately.

Shipping

Please read your item listings carefully to understand item conditions and shipping policies. Unless otherwise specified, all items ship within the USA only.

We ship within 2 BUSINESS days Monday through Friday with exception of US holidays. Shipping methods are listed per item but most items ship USPS first class.
