About Maleah Torney
Whether capturing intimate scenes of nature, old buildings, expansive landscapes, capturing the natural beauty of a child or creating artistic senior portraits. Maleah’s photo imagery evokes memories of places seen, people loved, trips taken. Maleah’s photographs are more than a picture, they are works of inspired photographic art with a softly modern edge.
Maleah has been interpreting the world around her through the lens of a camera since childhood and decided to make her passion a profession in 2008. A road trip enthusiast, Maleah finds inspiration for much of her imagery in the sights and scenes she discovers along the way. Besides capturing the beauty of the countryside, Maleah creates evocative imagery that she describes as modern daydreams. From old school billboards and industrial signage to aging buildings and small town carnival scenes, her photographic style has a vintage flair, yet retains a contemporary edge.
Maleah’s work is collected from New York to Norway and she is frequently commissioned to create custom pieces. Her photography has been featured in nationally distributed calendars and can be seen in the movie “The Roommate, ” resort lodges and hospitals. In addition, Maleah’s photographs are a popular choice for inclusion in the celebrity gift bags presented at luxury gift lounges preceding events like the Oscars, Primetime Emmys and the Country Music Awards. Sugar Ray Leonard, Nia Peeples, Kaley Couco, Jenny McCarthy and Paula Abdul are a few of the celebrities that have been on the receiving end of these giftings.
A former resident of Eugene, Oregon, Maleah moved to northern California in 2012 where she resides with her family.

Returns and exchange details
A: Yes! If you are unhappy for any reason you may return your photographic print purchase in original condition and packaging within 7 days for a full refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact me BEFORE mailing to receive the correct return shipping address, failure to do so may void the refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Refund will be issued within five business days. Sorry, custom photography print orders and canvas gallery wraps are non-refundable.

A: Most prints ship with in 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Canvas gallery wraps take up to 7-10 business days to create your custom art piece.
Q: HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
A: Prints size 8x12 and smaller will be signed, sealed in a protective waterproof package and mailed in a photo mailer via USPS First Class or International Mail. All canvases and large prints up to 24x36 will be shipped flat in a sturdy box. International orders larger than 10x10 and all extra-large prints will be shipped carefully rolled in a sturdy tube. Canvas wraps ship via UPS with the US and via Priority Canadian Post.
Q: WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP TO?
A: To the address listed on your Etsy or PayPal payment invoice. I'm always happy to make special arrangements if it's a gift!
Q: INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT TIMES & CUSTOMS FEES:
A: Shipping times vary greatly with international shipping, kindly allow 2-6 weeks to receive your order. In a hurry? Let me know and I can upgrade your shipping to Priority International Mail. Any additional fee or taxes imposed by customs is the purchasers responsibility.

Additional policies and FAQs
The artistic style and effects you see in some images is an intended style created by softly-aging, lens blurring or textured enhancements to create the finished art effects. Prints are professionally printed on high quality photo paper with a matte/lustre finish. My watermark will not appear on your purchased prints.
CANVAS GALLERY WRAP DETAILS:
Your canvas will arrive ready to hang with sawtooth hangers pre-installed, just open your box and display! Printed on fine art canvas and stretched on a 1.25" reinforced wooden frame to prevent sagging. Your canvas will be sealed with a UV glaze to protect against cracking and fading. The back is finished smooth with a black backboard and without any staples.
This is a custom order and due to the labor intensive process of preparing the image and producing the canvas, please allow up to 5-7 business days, in addition to shipping time, for your canvas to be produced and shipped out to you. Your canvas will be shipped directly to you from my professional lab to save on shipping expenses. Canvas art is an exclusive art investment and due to the custom nature they are also non-returnable and non-refundable
