    A lot of love has been poured into these one of a kind creations and I'm so happy to share them with all of the hard working Mama's and her adorable babies! I know that being a Mommy myself, I am always purchasing for my daughter, many times passing up the chance to buy myself something.     ---A LITTLE ABOUT ME---

    My name is Ashley, I'm 29 and I'm a single, stay at home Mommy to my 2 year old daughter Kylie Marie. Having a little girl is so much fun! When Kylie was born I always loved purchasing her custom outfits and accessories for every Holiday and special occasion on Etsy. I always wanted something that stood out and not that everyone else had. That being said, I've been in the web/graphic/photography business for over 12 years and it has always been a passion of mine. So I decided, why not start a shop of my own? Mama & Baby Bears opened February 17th, 2016 and in a small period of time has really grown! My goal is to continue to stay at home and raise my daughter and with hard work, dedication and passion, my small business will allow me to do that. I'm truly blessed to get to do something I love to do for a living!

    I always put my daughter before myself. That's how I came up with the collaboration of Mama & Baby items for purchase. We as Mamas always tend to forget about ourselves and my goal for my shop is for Mama's to see something they love and grab something for BOTH Mama & Baby!

    Mama & Baby Bears is something I am very passionate about. For me, this isn't a "job" It's what I love to do! I aim for perfection. I only use the highest quality products. All items in my shop are cut and pressed with a professional grade heat press and the highest quality heat transfer vinyl. Every order is made to order and packaged with love by me. 💕

    How Long Will My Custom Order Take?

    Production Time

    Production times vary depending on our stock and supply and how many open orders I have at a given time. Each listing will set an example of how long I need to create and ship out an item. This is approximate. Sometimes they may be shipped earlier or delayed due to high volume. I try to get each and every order out ASAP but please keep in mind I am a small business. Each item is made to order and I'm a single Mama who handles each and every one of those orders. Need me to rush your order or need it by a particular date? Please message me to see if I can accommodate your request.

    Return Policy

    Due to the nature of my products, there will be no returns/exchanges on items unless there was a mistake/error on my end or your product was received damaged upon delivery. If you have any issues with your order please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order so I can see how we can resolve the issue.

    Shipping

    Each purchase will come with a tracking number after the order is marked as shipped. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking Information to appear. I am not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages. The address on your Etsy account is where the item will be shipped. Please make sure this information is accurate before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

    Disclaimer

    Due to variations of monitors and screens, actual colors may slightly vary. I do my best to show true colors of an item.

    All designs are placed by hand, so placement may vary from item to item.

    Some items may contain small parts. As I do my best to make sure everything is securely attached, young children should not be left unattended while wearing these items.

    All items are made in a smoke-free/ pet free home.

    Please message me with any issues or concerns before leaving negative feedback to see if I can try my best to resolve the problem at hand as customer service is my top priority.

    Cancellations

    No cancellations will be accepted on any orders. Please make sure to look at the production time on each listing. After the item is shipped it then takes about 3-5 days to receive in the US. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

    Rush Orders

    If you need your item in a hurry we have a rush order listing available, it is $15. You can add it to your order to have the production rushed. This does not include priority shipping. I will have your order sent out within 3 business days. Please send me a message if you have any questions or concerns regarding a rush order.
