Announcement   She had the soul of a gypsy, the heart of a hippie & the spirit of a fairy.

I'm slowly making my way back, to doing what I love. Creating!

Everything comes from a dog friendly home so if you have dog allergies please bear that in mind before making any purchases.

Unfortunately at this time I can not take on any custom orders. I appreciate you looking around and you are more than welcome to still convo me (I like that) I just won't be able to fulfill any new custom orders. Sorry about that and thank you for your support.

I strive to be "eco conscious" and aware, in such I not only craft MANY items of recycled / upcycled nature, I am always looking for new ways to recycled and reuse, and I also try to reuse and recyle often in packaging and shipping. While I often enough use "new" material in the process, rest assured that even the new products, own packaging will end up being recycled or reused in some way.

About

Creating is my purpose.

My creativity and crafting began at an early age with my grandmother teaching me to sew and crochet at age 7. A few years later my mother began the love of paper crafting by teaching me the origami she learned while living in Japan. I began a very strong love affair with painting, and beading as a teenager and even won several awards. It wasn't until I was pregnant with my second child, more than a decade ago, that I really fell in love with sewing and crochet again. Late uncomfortable nights with nothing else for this multi-tasker to do led to many costumes, clothes, and blankets. After the birth of my second child I acquired much in the way of fabric, yarn, and paper, and recycling.

In the past few years I have found that I am at my best when I am creating something. It is through being with my children, creating for them, and for loved ones I've found my purpose. Crafting is my purpose. Chatting with my children explaining the process, holding things out asking for their opinion. Having them assist me, and even teaching them some of the skills I've acquired over the years is truly when I'm at my best. Being with my children and creating. :) I can only hope to share a small piece of that with the world and with you.

Thank you for allowing me to create for you or helping you to create wonderfulness.

I have been creating for as long as I can remember, winning assorted awards for different art and quilting projects. I'm a busy body who has to always be working on something and creating at home or for you.

Frequently asked questions

Is this from a dog free home?

No. This is not from a dog free home. I have one dog and am fostering another dog. Both dogs shed. If you have an allergy I would suggest continuing your search.

Do you do custom orders?

At this present time the answer to that would be no. I don't anticipate being able to do so in the immediate near future. Feel free to check back later and see if I've opened that up.

How long will it take my item to get to me?

That all depends on what method of shipping you chose at checkout. It takes me 1-3 business days (M-F not including holidays) to process and the post office states 3-5 business for first class and 1-3 business days for priority. I would plan on roughly about a week give or take some time. You should automatically receive the USPS tracking number from your package but feel free to contact me if it got missed.

International (outside of the US) is entirely different. Priority Mail is listed as 6-10 business days. Remember you are responsible for duties, customs, VAT's etc. First Class international mail varies greatly depending on destination anywhere from 2 weeks to a month or more. I prefer not to go that route.

What about returns?

The short answer is they will be handled on a case by case basis. I am absolutely open to them, provided the buyer contacts me first so that arrangements can be made. Shipping costs can not be refunded.
