Payment
*Payment is preferred at time of purchase. If I have not received payment or any correspondance from you within 48 hours then I will have to cancel the sale and relist the item so that someone else has the opportunity to purchase the item.
*I will contact you upon receipt of your payment via ‘Etsy Conversations’.
Shipping
* Items are shipped to the address listed in your Paypal Account unless you state otherwise. PLEASE make sure you have the same address listed in your Paypal & Etsy account should these be different.
* I send all items FIRST CLASS.
First Class items usually take approx. 1-2 days for UK, and approx. 5 working days overseas. I will send you a message via ‘Etsy Conversations’ upon receipt of your purchase to let you know when I’ll be able to post the item, and again once I have sent it. Please allow longer during busy holiday seasons like Christmas - Postmen will be swamped under! Please note First Class post is NOT trackable.
If you would like your item to be sent Recorded Delivery - please let me know before payment so that I can alter the cost, as it will be a *little* more expensive - but it will mean that your item is trackable.
* If you need your item by a certain date - just ask and I will see what I can do.
* Please allow up to 1 week (UK buyers) and 2 weeks (US & overseas) before contacting me if your item has not arrived.
* INTERNATIONAL BUYERS are responsible for all fees, taxes & duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
