Returns and exchange details

It's VERY important that you are happy with your purchase. Please let us know right away if there is an issue with your purchase and we will accept a return within 7 days (postmarked within 7 days). The purchaser will be responsible for return shipping, but we will refund the original shipping charge for you. Upon receipt of the returned item, we can offer a refund or exchange - your choice.

If any item arrives to you damaged please inform us immediately - if an item is broken we will ask you to please provide a picture of the damaged goods, before a refund is issued.
