    Creation of Mama Look Up

    This shop was previously known as "Card Chic by CJ" however my passion has shifted from a focus on photo notecards to cards and gifts that can help support those grieving through pregnancy loss, miscarriage and stillbirth. With personal experience in recurrent pregnancy loss, I know the journey of grief to healing all to well. I created "Mama Look Up" as a place where I can share words of encouragement and hope for recovery and a life that "looks up" to their angel baby, a life that lives on for the love of their child and an openness to the gifts that can be received if our hearts remain open during our darkest days. This updated shop named "Mama Look Up" began June 2017.

    I live on the beautiful central coast of California which offers a lot of inspiration for photography. I try to capture an image that is beautiful to me in hopes of sharing that beauty with others. Enjoy my cards and share your messages with those you love.

    Welcome to "Mama Look Up." Please enjoy browsing my shop listings of photo cards with new items to support bereaved parents and cards for grief and healing. You will also find the Angel Baby Keepsake for those who have experienced pregnancy loss, miscarriage or stillbirth.

    Cards for Healing: Cards offering support and healing through grief after loss. 5.5" square flat cards with matte photo finish, come with white envelope.

    Blank Photo Cards: These cards can be special-ordered with messages (such as Happy Birthday, Congratulations, In Sympathy, Thank you). Notecards can be ordered as a combined set or purchased individually. Please contact me to set up custom orders. Cards are size A7, with 4x6 lustre finish photograph. Each card comes with envelope and are individually wrapped in clear plastic.

    The Angel Baby Keepsake can be further customized by request.

    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
    Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

    Returns and exchange details
    If you are not satisfied with your order upon receipt, I will refund your order (minus shipping charges) once the product is returned back to me in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for shipping fees of the returned item(s). Please notify me of the desire to return an order within 3 days of receipt of your order.

    If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately to determine if the item should be replaced or refunded.

    Prices are in USD
    “Mama Look Up” accepts secure payment via PayPal and credit cards.
    Payments must be made in full before product is shipped.
    Shipping
    Orders are shipped via USPS. Cards and Angel Baby Keepsake are sent as quickly as possible, generally within 1-3 business days. Depending on your order, additional time may be required to order the photo prints if they are not currently in stock. Orders for a high quantity of photo cards (such as 25 or more) may take up to one week to ship (maximum two weeks if prints need to be ordered).
    Expedited requests can be discussed and coordinated.
    Additional time may be required for the Angel Baby Keepsake as these are made as ordered.

    Shipping costs will vary based on quantity of cards ordered.

    When using PayPal, please ensure the mailing address with your account is correct and current.

    International Shipping
    For International delivery, please note that customers are responsible for any and all customs and import charges and taxes on their purchases.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    Photography notecards: Computer monitors may differ, so it is possible that there may be color variations between the computer image and the printed photo card. Photos on the cards are high quality images, however attached images in my Etsy shop listings may slightly differ from the original card.     All cards are printed by a professional third party.

    Cards are handmade by me, using my own photographs and finished products will be mailed directly from me at Mama Look Up.
