All orders are currently on a up to 10-14 day production time PLUS ship time. Business days are Mon-Fri and exclude Holidays. If you need your order by a certain date please contact me before purchasing to see if it can be completed in time.

All items are MADE TO ORDER(unless noted as ready to ship), especially for you!. I am a one woman shop, so please be sure to read all policies regarding production times/ship times, etc for any questions you may have. If your question is not answered in the policies, etc, please feel free to contact me via Etsy Convos!

Welcome

Please allow UP TO 2 weeks for your order to be completed, plus ample ship time. Welcome to Mama Made! I specialize in homemade hair pretties for your little girls! I also make tutus and other accessories! All of our ribbon is heat sealed and all bows are lightly stiffened to ensure long wear!

Payment

I accept payments through Paypal, Direct Checkout and Etsy Gift Cards.

All payments are due within 24 hours of purchasing a listing.

Washington residents are charged 8.3%sales tax.

Custom Listings will be listed for 3 days, if not paid before the end of 3 day time period will be canceled. Please do not ask for a custom listing if you are not able to pay within the time frame. If I have to re-list your custom order, you will be charged an additional .20 for the re-listing fee.

Orders are not put in line to be started on until they are paid in full.

Shipping

*****HOW YOUR ITEM SHIPS*****

I Ship U.S.P.S First Class or Priority mail (if you choose that option at checkout) all shipping prices include delivery confirmation . If you need something express shipped please contact me and I can set you up a custom listing with the express mail price.
First class mail has typically been taking 2-7 business days to arrive once shipped and 3-4 business days with Priority Mail. THESE ARE JUST ESTIMATES OF DATES, there are NO guaranteed delivery dates with First Class or Priority mail.


*****FOR ITEMS SENT TO INCORRECT ADDRESS*****

I am not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address. I ship to the address on the Etsy Order. If paying by Paypal, please be sure that you choose the correct shipping address to ship to ON paypal. Etsy grabs the address from Paypal if paying through them, so please double check that the address is correct. Etsy gives you the option to change the address multiple times before completing your purchase, so please be sure the right address is in place!

Please be sure that the address is correct. If the package is shipped to the wrong address, there are a few options

***FOR NON PERSONALIZED ITEMS SENT TO INCORRECT ADDRESS***

1) I can call and see if the package can be re-routed. This usually has a hefty fee of $15+++ and would be paid by you, the buyer. Not all packages can be re-routed. In the event that a package cannot be re-routed or buyer does not want this option, I offer these solutions below.

2) Buyer can wait for the package to be returned to me, and I will re-ship it once it arrives back to me. Buyer is responsible for re-shipment fee. there is no way to tell how long a return to sender package can take to arrive back to me, it can takes weeks, up to a month. (not usually the case, but it CAN happen)

3) If Buyer does not want to wait for the item to be returned to me, they can re-purchase the item. Once the 1st order makes its way back to me I will refund the purchase(minus the original shipping fee). ***PLEASE NOTE***- returned to sender items can take weeks, up to a month to arrive back to me, so your refund may take that long. If longer than 1 months has passed and the return to sender item has not arrived back to me, I will refund minus shipping charges.

4) If buyer does not want any of these options, I will refund (minus original shipping charges) once the return to sender item has arrived back to me.

***FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS SENT TO INCORRECT ADDRESS***

Since personalized items (items with your childs name added), many times, cannot be resold due to unique names etc... here are the options for personalized items sent to wrong address

PLEASE NOTE There is no guaranteed arrival dates with 1st class international mail and it can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks.

ALL other countries-the price listed for shipping is Priority Mail International, as first class shipping does not have tracking and I do not like to ship without a Delivery Confirmation Number.

Any customs/duty VAT fees are the responsibility of the buyer, as I do not fraudulently mark items as gifts to avoid the customs fee, nor do I declare a lower value to lower the customs fees. Please do not ask me to do so. If you refuse a package due to customs fees I will refund once I have received the item back, MINUS the original shipping cost.

**LOST ITEMS** US ORDERS: I (and the post office) do not consider items "lost" until 21 business days have passed from shipment date. I will not refund or send a new package until the 21 business days has passed (***on a special case by case basis i may if it is a date specific/holiday specific item!***)

**DELAYED ITEMS** From time to time, there may be a delay with your package in the mail. If you have given me a "need by date" and I have agreed that your package would be to you by then, and the package does not arrive by the date needed-I will offer a refund or replacement product of your choice**

For international items-Item is not considered lost until 8 weeks with international 1st class shipments. . I will not refund or send a new package until the 8 week mark has passed

Refunds and Exchanges

***FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS***

Personalized Items with your Childs Name on them are NON REFUNDABLE and cannot be exchanged unless I happen to make a mistake. All shirts run true to size, ARB BLANKS boutique brand. Bodysuits are Carter's Brand. Please check Sizing Charts before purchase to ensure a great fit. If you need to, you can measure one of your childs shirts and size them up against the size chart to decide what size you should order. Please check, and double check the spelling /personalization that you leave for your item. There will be no refunds given for wrong size ordered or if you miss-spell the name, leave the wrong birthday # in the notes, etc...


***FOR NON PERSONALIZED ITEMS***
RETURNS:If for some reason you are unhappy with an item please contact me within 72 hours of receiving your order. I will either exchange the item you are unhappy with or offer you a refund. To get a refund/replacement you will have to ship the item back to me with delivery confirmation. You are responsible for shipping back to me(unless I make a major mistake on an order then I may cover shipping) Once I receive the product back I will refund your money, MINUS shipping charges. The item must be received in the condition it was sent it, no signs of wear, tear ETC.

If you do not contact me within 72 hours, I will only issue STORE CREDIT or exchange. NO Refunds if not contacted within 72 hours of your item being delivered.

*HOLIDAY ITEMS* If you would like to return a holiday item, it must be returned before the Holiday has come. I will not take returns on holiday items if the holiday has already come and gone.

***CANCELLATION POLICY***

You may cancel an order at anytime up until ship date, unless your order is a personalized item that has already been completed and is ready to be mailed

***IN THE EVENT OF A DAMAGED ITEM***
First, I will require photos of damaged item. Upon receiving photos of item, I will either replace the item, or if the item is date specific, issue a refund if I cannot get another to you before the needed date.


Additional Policies and FAQs

Safety is our main concern with our products. Please do not allow your child to sleep with their bow in. Always supervise your child while wearing one of our products, as many contain small parts that can cause a choking hazard.

F.A.Q

Q:I like a bow you have but want different colors. Can you change them?

A:I sure can, just please let me know what colors you would like and I will see if I have or can get the ribbon.

Q:Can you change the size of the bow?

A: Again, yes I can. If you see a bow that you like but want it bigger or smaller I can sure do that. Every bow is customizable!

Q:What type of clip do your bows come on?

A: I can do either a barrette or an alligator clip. A barrette works better for thicker hair, where as an alligator clip works great in fine hair to stay put. I also have non slip grips I include in every order in case you need a little extra grip!
