Welcome to Mama's Felt Cafe! I'm Brittany, the Felt Food Mama. I started making felt food to fill my son's play kitchen pantry and it was so much fun, I haven't been able to stop! I wanted to be able to share my passion for felt play food with others so I created a blog with some tutorials for making some of your own felt food: http:// www.mamasfeltcafe.com. I know some are not crafty type, so if you would like this Mama to make the play food for you, it can be purchased here! I use use wool blend felt purchased locally when I can and Eco-Felt when the color I need isn't available in a wool blend. Items can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth sparingly. Payment

Currently, Mama's Felt Cafe accepts Paypal. You will need to set up a free Paypal account to complete your order. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the order will be canceled.

The "Other" payment method is only for gift certificate redemption. Please do not order using this payment method without sending me a message first.

Shipping

All items are shipping in the US are by USPS First Class with delivery confirmation via Certified Mail. If you would like expedited shipping or service through a specific courier, please let me know when placing your order. My current turn around time is about one to two weeks. I will send you a message to keep you updated on order. Please message me if you a have a question about an item/order.

I use the least amount of packaging when shipping your order. Please let me know if your purchase is a gift and I would be happy to wrap accordingly and ship to a separate address.

For orders outside the US, I ship USPS International First Class. Parcel tracking not available with international orders. Please provide a contact telephone number when ordering for the necessary US Customs form.
