Returns and exchanges
Returns are handled on an individual basis. Please contact me if you have issues with your purchase. Items may only be returned if a complaint is received within 7 days of receiving the item.

Buyer will pay for return shipping.

I accept PayPal only. Please pay immediately after purchasing an item. Payment is due in full, with the exception of custom orders. Items will not be shipped until payment is received in full. I expect PayPal payment within 24 hours. I am willing to work with you IF you maintain contact with me. After two reminders of non-payment, the item will be relisted.

While I will not leave negative feedback for canceling an item, I do leave negative feedback for non-payment. So, don't hesitate to let me know if you change your mind after purchasing an item!
I currently ship in the US only - USPS First Class for bows/clips, USPS Priority shipping for all other items unless arrangements are made.

Shipping will be combined on multiple purchases. Please wait until a revised invoice is sent to pay for multiple purchases.

Items are only shipped after payment is cleared. I ship items three times a week, so your purchase will be shipped on the next shipping day after your payment clears. If you have any questions regarding this, feel free to convo me!

If your Paypal and Etsy have different shipping addresses, please let me know in advance. If an address is not confirmed within 48 hours I will cancel and relist the item.

If shipping is overpaid, I will refund the difference :D

I am not responsible for damages or lost packages. Insurance is a good thing!
