From navigating a career change whilst dealing with depression & anxiety, to moving back to my parents and having to rebuild my life, self-care practises were essential to me healing & moving forwards.

Drawing was one of the practises and now I combine this with other tools in my well-being toolbox in the hope they can help you.

From wall art to help set the intention of time out & a relaxation space to positive affirmations and notepads (coming soon!) I know how tricky it can be, knowing where to start or how so I want to provide you with small aids and reminders that are easy to implement.

I hope I can help you as you start your self-care journey, help you through a period of change and overall encourage you to take time for yourself, however that looks for you.

I create all my work on Adobe Illustrator and I also take on bespoke orders, so please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or enquiries.

Why do I do this?

I came across mandala drawing in the pandemic of 2020, I never expected for it to calm my anxiety and for it to spark a sense of hope in me. I was inspired to finally learn Adobe Illustrator and took my designs digital and began drawing mandalas based around practises and tools that were helping me with my mental health. I was creating pieces of art that I couldn't find or connect with.

A year later I decided to set up Mandalas by the Moon to offer my products and hopefully help others going through similar experiences.

DID YOU KNOW?
Mandalas are often used as a tool to centre the mind and body. Looking at the mandala provides a focus point, allowing the mental chatter to slow down as you look at the details.

The moon provides a calming energy, it's known for a time of reflection, going within and simply being.
Just like the moon we all go through phases in life and it’s about learning to embrace them all.
