Returns and exchange details

Refunds will be issued once I have received the purchased item with an explanation of return. You are responsible for paying postage on return, and cost of item is returned minus postage paid.

Shipping

I generally ship using the US Postal Service, first class mail. I include insurance on any shipment over the amount of $50.00 free of charge, but ask that you request insurance on smaller items specifically prior to purchase and I will adjust the listing for you.

I try to use recycled packaging, but do not risk damage to the purchased items.

I love international customs, and will happily ship to you. I do not ship any food or items from the Nature's Bounty section of my shop internationally in order to not interfere with customs.
