I just received my key chain today and I absolutley LOVE IT! It is wide and big. This seller customized it for me with my website address on the back. I really love the key chain and I HIGHLY recommend this seller. Thank you for the fast shipping and I will be back again. :-)

Thank you for your interest in manderly|rose. I strive to provide unique items that you can give as gifts, or if you like, spoil yourself with. Everything is hand-made and/or embellished by me, using the finest quality "ingredients" available.

Payment
Payments are accepted via PayPal. Items will not be shipped until payment has been received. If payment is not received within 3 days of placing an order, I will contact you via convo, or email if I have your email address, so that we can resolve any payment issues. If after that payment is still not received, I will cancel your order and drop you a note to let you know. Custom orders will not be produced until full payment has been received.
Shipping
Purchases will be shipped on Mondays and Saturdays, unless otherwise requested. Sometimes I am able to to ship in between if time and schedule allow. All orders are completed and shipped only after payment has been received. Shipment of custom orders will be determined at the time of the order, factoring in production time.
Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges will gladly be made in the case of damaged merchandise or orders that go missing en route. I ask that damaged merchandise be returned to me so that I may evaluate the incident and make improvements upon the shipping process. Every effort will be made to remedy any issue of this type in a timely manner. Refund will be granted in the event that an appropriate exchange can not be made.
