Mandizzle is back...and BETTER than ever!
I was always fascinated watching my Grandma + Mom sew when I was young. Seeing them turn a piece of fabric into a beautiful dress was the closest thing to magic I'd seen in real life. Those early moments sparked my imagination and I began creating, too.
I opened my shop in 2008, primarily to give myself a good reason to continue creating and doing what I loved, despite a very busy full-time job. After 3+ very successful years in my shop, I experienced a few unexpected bumps in the road. The most impactful was the very sudden and unexpected death of my father...someone I loved very, very much. I tried to continue on with my shop and working my regular job, but my heart just wasn't in it anymore. I wasn't as attentive to my shop, which disappointmed my customers and me. After some tough conversations with those closest to me, I decided it was time to close up shop.
A piece of me was always missing while the Mandizzle shop was closed. I did continue to create special orders in the four years I was away from Etsy, but I dearly missed my customers and the excitement of receiving a happy message from someone who loved a headband or scarf I'd made for them.
My life has changed drastically since Mandizzle first opened. I've had the opportunity to work on the Marketing teams for the Cleveland Cavaliers, DSW, Chico's and Soma Intimates. I've relocated from Ohio to Florida and back to Ohio. I got married to my supportive husband + best friend, Matt and we welcomed our son, Jameson, to the world in May 2015. Our dogs, Cooper and Charlie, have been with us every step of the way. I've focused on what's important and what makes me truly happy, and that includes Mandizzle.
I'm now dedicating my focus to Mandizzle full-time. I'm opening a new studio and will continue to create, create, create. I hope that those I disappointed in the past will be able to experience the new Mandizzle. I have so many ideas and can't wait to make something special for you.

::WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?::
•Every Mandizzle piece is made-to-order, and will normally take between 3 and 15 days to process and ship (this does not include time in-transit).
•Custom items can take longer, depending on discussions prior to purchase.
•If you need your item quicker, PLEASE message me and let me know or leave a message in the "notes to seller" portion of your check-out form.
::WHY DOES IT SOMETIMES TAKE UP TO 15 DAYS TO MAKE MY ITEM?::
Many factors contribute to turnaround time, including in-stock materials and creation time needed. I try to be as honest and realistic with my customers as I can be to assure a wonderful Mandizzle experience.
::HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP?::

*Ohio Customers - You will be automatically charged Ohio Sales tax when checking out with PayPal.
I ship all of my items via United States Postal Service First Clas mail (unless an expedited method is used).
::CAN I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?::
•Customers in the US: Absolutely! If you are located within the United States, your tracking number will normally be sent to you prior to shipment. If not, please message me and I will provide the number.
•International Customers: At this time, our postal service does not provide tracking information for international shipments, however one CAN be purchased for an additional fee. Please message me for details.
::HOW OFTEN DO YOU SHIP?::
I ship 3-4 times per week. As soon as your item is finished, it will be boxed and shipped. Again, the shipping time can take up to 15 days after initial purchase (sometimes longer for custom orders). You'll be notified if your order will take longer than described in the listing.
::HOW WILL MY ITEM ARRIVE?::
Each item arrives in a pretty gift box, which is boxed in another corrugated box to ensure no damages during shipping.
::WHAT IF MY ITEM GETS LOST?::
Unless insurance is purchased for an additional fee, I cannot be responsible for packages lost in the mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or with an error, please notify me within 3 days of receiving item. I will gladly exchange/replace damaged or incorrect item.
If you feel your item has been misrepresented, I will exchange your item for another. No cash refunds can be offered (ulness there is a special circumstance.) I just want the customer to be happy, so we will work together until we find a resolution!

•I will happily accept custom orders if I find that it is possiblet to accomodate your request. Please message me for more information.
•Custom Orders can take up to 45 days, depending on creation time and availability of needed materials.
•Payment must be received in full prior to item being shipped.

Please note that many items are made to order, so they may be slightly different than what you see in a photo due to their handmade nature. Please rest assured that I take extreme care in making sure that every item will arrive just as beautiful as it appears in the photos.
