Returns and exchanges
Payment
- For Singapore customers who wish to use bank transfer through DBS/POSB. Please select "Other" at checkout and contact me for payment information.
- Payment must be completed within 3 days or the order will be automatically cancelled.
Shipping
- Once payment is verified and item(s) is ready, we will mail them out within 3 working days via Singpost.
- All orders are mailed out via Singpost Registered mail with limited tracking available. Tracking number will be provided after your item(s) has been shipped out.
- MangoCats is based in Singapore and the shipping time varies depending on your location and your country's customs and postal security checks.
SINGAPORE - 3-5 working days
INTERNATIONAL - 15-30 working days
- Expedited shipping is available upon request and will incur additional fees. Please contact me through convo before purchasing.
- Buyers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes and/or custom charges that may be incurred.
- Recycled packaging materials may be used. Help save the Earth!
