If you are unhappy for any reason please contact me. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of mangomum on a case by case basis.
Exchanges are accepted for unused items in the same condition they were shipped. The new item will not be shipped until the item being exchanged has been received by mangomum. Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless mangomum is at fault (i.e. the wrong size was shipped).

Payment
No made to order items will be started and no in stock items will be shipped until payment has been received.
Shipping
Items will be shipped to address on PayPal account unless other arrangements are made. Items will not be shipped until payment has cleared.
Any additional customs fees for international orders are the buyer's responsibility. There is no way for me to predict these for each country or transaction for me to be able to include these additional fees in my prices. With that said, I am not aware of any of my international customers having to pay additional fees.
