I love this ottoman! It's beautiful! It's a fragile item and care was taken with the packaging. Morgan was also great to work with :)

When I first saw this online I thought, "Wow - that is one of the ugliest things I've ever seen." But I couldn't stop thinking about it and ultimately decided to buy it. It's honestly one of my favorite possessions. Ever. Thanks so much!

Accepted payment methods
To pay with a Credit Card choose the Paypal option and then "continue without a Paypal account" link on the new Paypal page. Please contact us if you are having any problems with the checkout process.
Most non-furniture and some smallish furniture items will ship via USPS Priority or Parcel Post Mail.
Larger items weighing less than 100 pounds and valued under $300 can ship via Greyhound package express within the continental US to the buyers nearest station. This service requires the buyers telephone number and also requires the buyer to pick the item up when contacted by Greyhound within three days. This service is safe and cheap but requires pickup.
Items valued more than $500 must be shipped via a professional shipping service such as Plycon Van lines. This allows the buyers purchased item to be insured to the full purchase price.
We will not ship furniture items overseas at this time but you are welcome to arrange your own pick up and shipment from our Chicago area studio
Refunds and Exchanges
Please make sure to open and inspect your order when it arrives. If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and details of the damage. We may need additional photos and information to proceed with a claim. Please keep the original packaging materials as damaged parcels may also need to be picked up by the carrier to proceed with a damage claim. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours of package arrival.
If an item returns as an unclaimed/returned package for any reason we are not responsible for any shipping fees and the item will be relisted unless the buyer asks for item to be reshipped at their own expense. A restocking fee of $30 for smaller items and $50 for furniture pieces will be added for all returned merchandise.
Refunds on damages parcels, unclaimed packages or returned may take up to 30 days or longer.
All lighting and electronics are tested and in working condition unless otherwise stated. As each piece is vintage, the buyer is responsible for ensuring each piece is up to safety codes, standards and regulations before use.
