Handcrafted with love and passion

10 years ago designing jewelry was just a distracting amusement with and for my children. A form of our everyday creative fun and making unusual gifts for our friends and loved ones.
This little hobby soon became my passion and fortunately with hard work and support from my family and growing circle of satisfied customers jewelry crafting became my full time job.

Manzuko Jewelry is my third baby. It grew up in our house next to our daughters and now, day by day our company brings pride to our doorstep.

Although I'm the one that makes the actual product my kids and husband are active participants in the creative process. Each piece we make is a combination of a careful design, good quality materials, our creativity and most importantly our heart. This factors transfer directly into the quality of my jewelry. I remember each item and feel very responsible for the buyers contentment with it just like 10 years ago when gifting my daughters with my very first earrings.

I hope that you will fall in love with our products, just as we are in love with our job, and join the family!

-Your items will be made and shipped only after the payment is received.
Shipping
Shipment via Post and Global Express:

-I ship within 3-7 business days after receiving the payment via registered airmail.
Usually a delivery takes about 7-21 business days.
-Please note, the delivery time may vary for international clients.
-Shipping rates include shipping, insurance and packaging costs.
-All my packages have a tracking number. NOTE: you need to sign for a package, it will not be left in you post box.
-All items are packaged carefully so they have to arrive in perfect condition.
-Please check if your Etsy address is correct. I always ship to your Etsy address, unless you request otherwise in a note to seller.
-If in a hurry consider Global Express shipment.
-International customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes.
Refunds and Exchanges
Friendly customer service is my first priority and I'll do my best to solve the problem in reasonable way:

-If there are any problems please contact me within 3 business days after receiving the item, so we can discuss a solution.
-Sales in my shop may be returned within 30 days of purchase if the item does not meet your expectation. You will be given a full refund less shipping costs.
