Welcome to Maple & Hen! We are a small family business operated on a tiny farm in Western New York. It's not really a real farm, but we like to pretend--we own a small lively flock of hens, tap our own maples trees, grow organic veggies and have the most beautiful field full of fireflies in all the world for one month of the year.

Sizing details
• All Adult Bella + Canvas shirts are unisex sizing. Ladies may want to order one size smaller than their usual ladies size.
• Please refer to the size chart in the listing photographs to determine your size.
• If you are not sure what size to order, you can measure a shirt you already own to see what size would fit you best. Our shirts are measured by laying on a flat surface, and measuring side to side under the armpits.
• Shirts are pre-shrunk but may shrink slightly after washing.
• We do not issue refunds or process returns resulting from ordering the incorrect size, so please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
Care instructions
• Turn inside out before washing and drying
• Machine wash cold with like colors
• Tumble dry low
• Do not bleach
• Do not iron directly on the design
• Do not dry clean
Returns/Exchanges & Order Cancellations
All of our apparel is custom made to order. Once an order is placed, we usually cannot cancel orders because the blank color/size is ordered right away from the shirt manufacturer. Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item you are purchasing in order to get the correct size. However, if there is a problem with product you received, please contact us within 30 days of your order, letting us know of the issue immediately and also include a photo of the entire product, showing the issue.
Refund/Exchanges for Defective Items
We stand by our products and offer a 30 day window for damaged items or items that have improper wash wear. Occasionally, the printing process may go a bit wrong and you would notice unreasonably looking wear in the print after the first couple of washes. We would love to replace an item that may fit this description and just need a photo to verify. We will send a replacement shirt if we are contacted within 30 days.
Shipping Issues
Once an item's tracking number is shown as delivered, we have fulfilled our order. If an item shows delivered, and you did not receive it, please contact your local USPS for information on how to use the GPS of the tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for addresses that are given to us incorrectly, and do not refund for items that are returned to sender. We do, however, offer to reship the item at your own cost once the item is returned (this typically takes many weeks). If an item is lost in transit, we do replace the items for our customers--an item is not considered lost in transit until at least 10 business days has passed with no movement on the item (for US domestic shipping), and 30 business days on items shipped to Canada.
