Marble City Glassworks is a public access glass studio founded in Knoxville, TN. We collaborate with other artists to make custom visions in glass, metal and wood.

Returns and exchanges

We will make every effort to make sure your package gets there safe and sound and in one piece. If there is any problem with your item let us know and we will try to make it right.
Payment refunds take 30 days.

Pay by Pay Pal, a credit card, or mail us a check. We will ship your order as soon as possible once we get your payment.

Think of shipping as insurance toward getting your art glass to you safely. Your art glass is lovingly wrapped and snugly packed. The costs are calculated through the US Postal Service.

We ship with the US Postal Service and UPS. Shipping costs displayed is based on Priority Mail for United States shipping and USPS First Class International Package Services for all other countries.

Additional policies and FAQs

Custom orders are welcome! We offer all of our glass through this service. If you have a special item you want, contact us and we will give you a price. Samples are $20 which will later go towards the purchase.

We can your glass in any color you wish.
Please us know colors and special instruction in the note field.
We are happy to color match your glass. Contact us with a special order and attach photos to the message.
