My policy is to make it work. If you're my customer I'm happy to ship it how, when, where, and to whom you'd like. If there's a problem with the product or you're unsatisfied in any way, return the work in the condition you received it and I'll refund your money.

Payment
Paypal is the easiest for me and as such it gets things shipped the fastest. If you've got a beef with paypal, I can take other payment, drop me a line.
Shipping
I ship Priority Mail 2 Day with the USPS. I ship every weekday. I can't guarantee when you'll get it, but I'll get it in the mail today!
Additional policies and FAQs
I don't generally have time to make your custom order. If you're really serious about custom work feel free to contact me, but my process lends itself best when I make the things that have been percolating in my head and in my sketch books over the previous months. If you want something else, you have to be prepared to pay for the time it takes me to work out the kinks of your ideas and to try a bunch of color samples. Usually custom work starts in the hundreds of dollars. Sorry, time is money in a glass shop, that's just the way it is. :)
