Hello! I’m Jolanda, the maker behind Marbleroads. I create my illustrations digitally in Procreate and print my physical cards and prints myself with care and attention to colour, paper and finishing. Często zadawane pytania
Is this a digital or physical product?
Please check the individual listing carefully. Marbleroads offers both digital downloads and physical products. Digital products are clearly described as digital downloads and no physical item will be shipped.
How do digital downloads work?
After purchasing a digital product, you can download your files through your Etsy account once payment has been processed. You can print them at home, at a local print shop or through an online printing service.
What file sizes do I receive?
The included sizes vary by product. Some prints include several aspect ratios and international print sizes, while others are designed for a specific size. Please check the individual listing for the exact files and sizes included.
Will the colours look exactly the same when printed?
Colours may vary slightly between screens, printers and paper types. For the best result, I recommend good-quality matte or fine art paper and printing at the highest quality setting available..
Are the illustrations handmade?
Yes. All Marbleroads illustrations are digitally hand-drawn by me in Procreate. My landscape illustrations are based on my own photographs and experiences and are artistic interpretations rather than photographic reproductions.
Can I personalise a print?
Some Marbleroads prints can be personalised. If personalisation is available, this will be clearly stated in the listing. Please enter the requested name, date or text exactly as you would like it to appear.
Can I request a different size?
You are welcome to contact me before purchasing. Whether another size is possible depends on the original artwork and the product, so not every illustration can be supplied in every format.
Can I use a digital download commercially?
No. Marbleroads artwork and digital files are for personal use only. You may print them for yourself or as a personal gift, but the files and artwork may not be resold, shared, redistributed or used commercially.
What if there is a problem with my digital file?
If you experience a problem with your download or file, please send me a message through Etsy. I will be happy to help you resolve the issue.
Are your illustrations available as physical prints?
Yes. Selected Marbleroads illustrations are available as physical A4 art prints, printed by me in my small studio in Friesland, the Netherlands. Other designs are available as digital downloads. Please check the individual listing to see whether an item is physical or digital.
