Clean lines with an edge made with the highest quality standards in Europe.

We have always been in the world of arts, the world of inventing, creating, dreaming. As a result, we started this label, named after our grandmother, Marcella, the true designer and inspiration behind it all. So here we are - two years later, our goal is to create designs with clean and edgy lines.

Production with a conscience is one of our main priorities along with providing superior customer service - our ultimate goal is to spread beauty around us. - EXCHANGES: Upon receiving any garment(s) from you for exchange, we will send you back the garment(s) in their requested new size(s) FREE OF CHARGE.
- RETURNS: Upon receiving any garment(s) from you for return, we will reimburse you within 5 business days.
- Please be mindful that we wouldn’t be able to assist with the mailing expense you incur to mail the garment(s) back to us and wouldn’t provide a return label. We recommend using a first class or priority mail option with a tracking number to ensure the package’s safe arrival.

Additional Guidelines for Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges

• Any desired exchange or return to Marcellamoda must be postmarked within 30 days of your originally receiving it.

• We strongly recommend using a first class or priority mail option with a tracking number to ensure the package’s safe arrival. We can reimburse you only after we receive your return.

• Kindly consider refraining from using an international courier such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. and using instead of your country’s governmental postal service (such as USPS in the U.S.A.) - with a tracking number. With such global shipments, international couriers charge a customs processing fee of about $50 USD. Should you use an international courier, we would need to pass along to you this fee (whatever it may be) in order to process your exchange/return.

• When mailing us any exchange/return, in the process of filling out the customs declaration at your local governmental postal service, please be sure to reference the order number of your invoice and the exact amount paid (net of shipping) for the specific item(s) you plan to return or exchange. Unfortunately, failure to do so may result in significant penalties associated with your return or exchange on the part of the U.S. and/or E.U. customs authorities.

• Sale items cannot be exchanged, only returned for store credit.

• Merchandise must have all tags attached.

• Regular sale items may be returned or exchanged. "Clearance Sale" items (any item on sale for more than 20% off), however, may not be exchanged and only returned for store credit.

• We will reimburse you within 5 business days of receiving your return. For exchanges, we will mail the replacement as quickly as possible and will send you a follow-up note with a tracking number.

• Original shipping charges, as well as the shipping charges incurred by you to mail the garments back to us, are non-refundable.

• Please understand that we cannot be responsible for any postal service losing any return or exchange on its way back to us and, unfortunately, would not be able to reimburse you in that case.

• To the extent you initiate an exchange, receive that free exchange from us and then choose to return the item, please be advised that we will offer store credit for the returned item.

• Feel free to keep the tote bag you received. It's our small gift to you.

Prices shown include EU VAT rates. For sales outside the EU the prices shown include VAT at the 0% export rate, and a discount is factored into the shipping charges.

We accept cancellations only within 24 hours of the order placement. This is mainly due to the fact that we aim to complete and mail all orders within less than 48 hours although we have a 5-7 business day standard turnaround time. Thank you for the understanding!

• Will my DHL package be "signature required"?

DHL Express Orders are sent with a signature requirement to provide an ease of delivery based on extensive customer feedback. If the package value is $200 or above and/or delivered within the E.U., however, we will automatically select the signature requirement for you. In case you'd like us to send any other order with a signature requirement (or if you wish for us to waive the signature requirement), please add a note to seller at checkout along with your phone number. We offer this service at no additional cost to you. We want to ensure that we provide you with the best customer service possible, so whichever option works for you best, works for us as well. (Given the possibility of mail theft around the world, we strongly encourage our customers to consider the signature requirement if they believe there is any chance of their package being stolen from their front doorstep, etc.). However, if the tracking number confirms delivery, we consider the package delivered and respectfully won't be able to offer any resolution.

• Will I have to pay customs and duties?

Some countries charge additional customs and duties and customers are responsible for any such charges. We are occasionally asked if we can send packages as gifts to avoid such charges as we understand certain other businesses on Etsy do. To be clear, this is an illegal practice and may additionally subject you, as the customer, to penalties and fines in your own country. Regardless, as a business that strives to be ethical, we are not able to mark your items as gifts with low value on customs forms.

• Which address will my order be sent to?

All items will be shipped to the address on your Etsy Account. If you wish your item to be shipped to a different address, please send me a note immediately once you place your purchase so that I can change it. If I mail your order prior to you sending me a request for an address change, we wouldn't be able to reimburse you and we thank you for your kind understanding.

• My package got lost or damaged? Will you offer a resolution?

Although we send all shipments via DHL Express (and subsidize those shipping costs) to ensure the highest quality delivery to you, DHL does on occasion experience lost/stolen/damaged packages. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for DHL and would not be able to reimburse you in case your package gets lost, stolen or damaged. Please contact DHL as they are best positioned to remediate the issue.

Yes, buying online can be tricky and sometimes frustrating in terms of choosing the right size. We're here to help.

Even though we don't accept customized orders, we can help you with some general advice. For example, our jersey and ponte garments are quite stretchy, so we usually recommend sizing down when in doubt.

We wish we could have you try our garments in person, but since this is not an option as of now, just drop us a note and we'll do our best to guide you in the right direction.

Could you customize a garment for me?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are not able to accept fully customized orders at this time.

We could do a shortening or lengthening of some of our non-asymmetric designs, so please reach out with an inquiry.

If we’re able to make the custom order for you, we wouldn’t be able to accept a possible return/exchange request.

Many of our garments are made of high-stretch fabric, which allows for flexible sizing, but still, drop us a note to help you with your choice.

Returns and Exchanges

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be made, wrapped with love and sent on its way from Europe.

All orders will be shipped via express DHL mail with a tracking number and would travel for about 2-4 days.

If we have the garment(s) in stock, it will be shipped within 2 days. We could ship it immediately, but we'd like to give you the option to change/cancel your order within 24 hours.

If we don't have the garment(s) in stock, our talented team will start making your order and we'd aim to ship it within 5 business days.

Once you place an order, you'd receive your order:
