WHAT FILES WILL I GET?
You will get 4 high-resolution jpeg files, one for each of the most common size ratios on the market:
3x2 Ratio: 36x24in, 30x20in, 24x16in, 18x12in, 90x60cm, 75x50cm, 60x40cm, 45x30cm
ISO Ratio: A1, A2, A3, A4, A5.
4x3 Ratio: 24x18in, 20x15in, 16x12in, 60x45cm, 50x38cm, 40x30cm, 30x22cm
5:4 Ratio: 30x24in, 20x16in, 10x8in, 75x60cm, 50x40cm, 25x20cm
These files are so massive that you can print them in larger sizes. For example, professional services usually print larger canvas at 100 or 150 dpi. So you can print up to 72x48in / 180x120cm without losing quality.
WHAT IF I NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE?
You can resize / crop your photos with any editing software; it is easy and quick. But If you need help, let us know, and we will do it for you.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PRINT MY PHOTOGRAPH?
If you print it at home, you can get excellent results using high-quality photographic paper and a modern inkjet printer.
However, the colours you see on your screen and the printed result may not be as we intended. For more accurate results, it will be better to use a professional printing service.
WHAT IF I WANT TO USE A PROFESSIONAL PRINTING SERVICE?
Many times, professional printing companies provide colour correction services for your photos. It is essential that you DON'T use it. This service is helpful for non-edited photographs, but it can be harmful to our carefully crafted images.
Besides that, using a professional service is a great way to preserve the image colours as we intended to.
WHERE CAN I GET MY ART PRINTED?
You can do a quick Google search to locate your area's printing stores and online services.
If you are looking for a great lab, I recommend WHITEWALL. It is a German company used for many professional photographs and galleries. They have a few stores worldwide, offering only the best quality and a great range of wall art articles and sizes.
DO WE OFFER A PRINTING SERVICE?
Yes! We use a professional photo lab for high-quality art prints, canvas, metal prints, and more. Contact us for more details.
HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD MY FILES?
After completing your order, you will receive an email from Etsy with a "VIEW YOUR FILES ON ETSY" link on the top of it.
You can also download them from the "Purchases and Reviews" section of your Etsy account.
WHAT IF I CAN NOT DOWNLOAD THE FILES?
Downloading your files is easy, but If you have any issues downloading or opening them, don't hesitate to contact me.
CAN I SHARE THE ART WITH MY FRIENDS?
All artwork purchased from Marc G.C. Fine Art Photography is for personal use only. You may print the painting for display in your home or office or as a gift to friends and family.
COMMERCIAL USE IS NOT ALLOWED.

CAN I GET A REFUND?
