All of the collections are designed and made by us. Majority of our products are made with carefully chosen scrap leathers bought from local factories.
We take pride and care in every single stage in research, design, cutting, sewing, packing & shipping of our handmade bags.
Every item we made is from the stock of scraps leather. And the availability and colors of these leathers are very limited. Due to the nature of handmade goods and distinct individual character of scrap leathers, there will be inconsistencies and differences shades of color and markings on the leather. But other qualities of these leathers and durability more than make up for it and they will age beautifully with use.

We accept all major credit cards through Paypal.
(Registration with Paypal is NOT required)
The Shipping duration vary between countries depending on your location and your local postal service.The average transit time for International delivery is about 1-6 weeks.
If you wish for the faster shipping via EMS (Express Mail Service) at additional charge, and the shipping takes around 7-14 days from the day your item is shipped out depending on the destination. Please let us know ahead and we can arrange the listing for you
If you would like to pay for a private carrier and receive your item faster please contact us directly.
All of the item will be shipped worldwide using Pos Indonesia. And we cannot promise the exact day that your package will arrive by a certain day, as there are no guarantees made by the postal service due to possible delays in customs.
March & Craft is not accountable for any duty or customs charges that may occur in your packages shipment.
March & Craft is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be given in certain situations, please drop us message to discuss.
If you are not satisfied with your order, items may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receipt. Before returning your item, please contact us first with your order information.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were sent to you. We do not accept items that have been damaged by the customer.
Please include your name and the invoice number, once we receive the item your card will be credited for the merchandise amount.
We cannot refund shipping charges on return items.
