These are light and easy to wear, yet the long hook in silver makes them decidedly unusual and stylish. Love them!

It arrived shortly, but came in a unprotected package. The earwires were completely bent and I had to carefully try and bend them back -- afraid they'd break all the while. They didn't break, but it's difficult to put them in and out because of the bending and hurts. Notice also how the triangle isn't symmetrical: it's not that clear in the pictures.
I don't recommend buying this. While the earrings are cute and I can wear them with some pain and effort, for this price I had expected a well-protected package and undamaged goods.

Norfolk girl living on the South Coast making handmade silver jewellery!
Welcome to Mardle Made Handmade Silver Jewellery.
I design and hand-make all of my silver jewellery in my studio in Bournemouth, Dorset. My work is inspired by the colours and textures of the sea and the natural environment. I'm also intrigued by shapes.
I have always loved contemporary silver jewellery and always wanted to try my hand at silversmithing. In 2011 I made a new friend who was just starting out as a silversmithing tutor. I booked myself onto her course and loved it. Sadly just a couple of weeks later I got burgled. All of my jewellery was stolen, including lots of sentimental jewellery which was my Grandmothers.
Not to be defeated I decided to use the classes to remake my own jewellery and using leftover materials I made a few extra pieces for friends and family. I decided to put the insurance money from my Grandmothers irreplaceable jewellery towards buying my own silversmithing kit.....and Mardle Made was born!
'Mardle' is an old Norfolk dialect word meaning 'a leisurely chat or gossip' and as I learnt to silversmith in a group over a leisurely chat (and some cake!) I decided 'Mardle' had to be part of my name. It reflects not only the way I learnt my skill, but also my Norfolk heritage, of which I'm very proud.
I relocated to the South Coast after I left university and moved in with my Husband, The Boy. We got married in 2006 and have a lovely little kitty called SootyCat. I'm passionate about the environment and as such I use recycled packaging in my shop. The Boy and I even had an eco-wedding!
Thanks for checking out my shop and reading a bit more about me. I hope you like what you see, if you have any questions please just shout.
