Returns and exchange details
All items shipped via USPS First Class unless otherwise noted. Not responsible for lost packages. If expedited shipping is needed, convo me. I DO NOT offer refunds unless item received is different than what is stated in listing, and I will not refund for return shipping on items. Please read listing before buying!

I do not give refunds if buyer has buyers remorse. I will offer a one time refund if the item is not as described, and once I receive the item back in the same condition as it was sent, less my shipping costs.

International shipping is occasionally provided. If it is, I am not responsible for customs opening, and possibly confiscating your items. You order at your own risk. I offer NO REFUNDS if this should happen.

If tracking is provided, and the item doesn't get delivered, that is the fault of the Post Office, not mine. I take all of my packages to a Post Office Box, or the the Post Office itself. If tracking is available, and it almost always is...then, once it leaves my hands, it is the responsibility of the Post Office to deliver it. If I have made a mistake, I will right it. Otherwise, NO REFUNDS!

*SHIPPING* I will ship your product to you within 3-5 business days of receiving a payment.

Once item is shipped, it is out of my control. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

If a tracking number is provided, and the item shows as "delivered" to the address specified by the buyer on their order, I will in no way refund them or replace their order if they do not receive their package. This is either the fault of the USPS carrier, or there has been some sort of theft involved. I take no responsibility.
