Announcement   To reach my goal of relocating to a warmer climate I am offering fabrics from my supply to others with more time (and space to store fabric) to sew. All of the fabrics are new, most are pre-washed, and have been stored in a trunk in a smoke-free, cat friendly environment. The measurements and weights are for the fabric(s) and do not include other items in a listing or packaging.

Domestic(US):
PayPal payments can be processed through your PayPal account or by using a credit card or bank debit card with a Visa or MC logo on the PayPal website at https://www.paypal.com
A USPS Money Order is an acceptable payment option. Please indicate this choice of payment in the Notes to Seller during the checkout process.
I prefer that you have an established purchase profile as a buyer before accepting your personal check. If you prefer to make payment by personal check please indicate this choice in the Notes to Seller during the checkout process.

International:
PayPal payments in USD processed through your PayPal account is the only payment option currently available to international customers.
Shipping
Purchased items are shipped Mon, Wed and Fri to both domestic and international destinations. Items awaiting payment will be shipped the next mailing day after payment has been received or confirmed by my bank.
Domestic(US):
Shipments are made by USPS First Class mail for 1 - 3 NeedleKeeps sent to the same mailing address at the following rate: 1 NK/$2.50, 2 NK/$3.00 and 3NK/$3.50. Four or more NeedleKeeps in one shipment to the same mailing address will be sent by Priority Mail. Please indicate that you are ordering 4 or more NeedleKeeps in the Notes to Seller before submitting payment. I will then send a corrected invoice to you. If you submit a PayPal payment using the etsy postage calculations: I will refund this payment and send a corrected PayPal invoice (Request for Money). Any postage overpayment of $1.00 or more will be refunded.
International:
Canadian shipment costs are very near those of those listed for "Domestic(US)"; so I regularly send a postage overpayment refund to Canadian customers.

Shipments are made by USPS First Class International Mail and the rate(s)listed have been within pennies of the actual shipping costs. Any overpayment of $1.00 or more will be refunded.
Refunds and Exchanges
Return (solely for refund) of an item in its orginal, un-used condition will be accepted within 7 - 10 business days.
The refund of original postage costs will be decided on a case-by-case by basis as to the reason for requesting a refund. Return postage will often be the responsibility of the buyer.
Replacement/exchange of a broken, damaged or lost item will be accepted within 7 - 10 business days. Seller will be responsible for all replacement postage costs.
