Can I change my address after placing an order?
We do not accept changes. But try to contact us anyway, maybe we have time to do something for you.
How long does it take for my product to arrive?
It takes us 1-2 weeks to produce and ship the products. Then you need to add shipping time (5-15 business days). So once the product is delivered to the post office, the shipping time is in their hands.
Where are the products usually from?
Our biggest supplier is from China, so some products are from there. The quality of the product is checked once it is in the USA and your order is sent to them. Hence the delivery delay. Thanks for your understanding.
