Returns and exchanges
You should be happy with your handcrafted fabrics! If there is a defect in the product or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order.
Refunds for items that are not damaged or defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that dye irregularities, slight variations in size of finished pieces, or print configurations that are not identical to the product photos are not considered defects for handprinted, hand dyed fabrics.
Refunds for CUSTOM ORDERS are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
When ordering online, please do keep in mind that exact color cannot be guaranteed, as each monitor will display differently. Please note that dye and print irregularities are not considered defects but rather inherent characteristics of individually hand dyed items. Exact sizes of my pieces, due to the handmade nature of our products, may vary by a few inches. Dimensions are approximate unless otherwise stated.

Washington state sales tax is added to your purchase at the time of checkout if your item is being shipped to a WA address.
Shipping
Our turnaround time for shipping is about 2 weeks for most products. Some orders can take longer, depending on a few factors, such as how big your order is, the season (order early for holidays!) and whether or not we have everything in stock to make your item at the moment you order. If your item will take longer than 2 weeks to ship out, we'll let you know before we begin working on it.
Your batiks arrive wrapped neatly in tissue along with business cards and care tags, but not with an invoice. If you would like to have a paper version of your receipt sent along with your order, however, just let us know.

You may choose pattern, product and color combinations from my shop to your specifications. please peruse my sold items as well as the items I have in stock in order to see all of the patterns and colors i have available. please feel free to contact me if you have questions about placing your custom order.
Please note that when I create a custom item, I am making something just for you. While we work closely with you to determine what you would like, each item is unique and will not be identical to anything we've produced in the past. Even time-tested dyebath recipes can produce unique results. Right now, the maximum sized of yardage we can produces is a 2 yards length.
