I have posted items to the best of my ability with photos and description so please read the description and ask me questions before you purchase. I am happy to take additional photos and answer any questions you might have so don't hesitate, I want you to be sure you are getting what you think you are.

If after receipt of your item you are unhappy, please contact me within 7 days so we can discuss any issues you might have. If a return/refund is requested, all shipping fees will not be refunded and return shipment will be at your expense.

I understand that this place can be a little confusing and purchasing on the internet can be a bit scary. But Etsy has set this up to help you. I accept Paypal which includes all major credit cards. There is no need for a paypal account to make a purchase with your credit or debit card. I will never see your credit card number or any of that information, Paypal takes care of it all so don't worry about that either. After receiving your order I will send an email with a Paypal invoice and instructions. Payment will need to be received within 3 days. lf payment or a conversation is not started I will cancel your transaction, relist, and leave the appropriate feedback.

I will ship from Indianapolis using using First Class mail via the US Postal Service. Please contact me prior to purchasing if you will need a different shipping method.

International orders are also accepted. They will also be shipped via USPS with an additional fee (included in the "Everywhere Else" shipping prices).

Shipping occurs within 2 days of payment being received. I will send a confirmation email to let you know your purchase has been shipped.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Just about anything you see in my shop, I can customize for you. Please write to me and let's make you something in the color, size or media you're looking for.
Some custom items will require a non-refundable deposit of 50%. Will will agree on all aspects of your custom order via email or phone conversations.

OTHER STUFF: I am on Facebook, Twitter and have a blog throw Blogger. Please contact me, and if we are doing a custom order I will be happy to send you updates and posts throughout the process.

I reserve the right to keep your contact information on file and may send you promotional information in the future. I will NEVER sell your contact information to anyone!
