SHIPPING OPTIONS: Regular shipping is carried by Portuguese post company CTT and will be handled in your country by your national post company. There is only 1 delivery attempt. International tracking sometimes takes a long time to update, so tracking your parcel directly with your local post office is best.
US/Canada COSTUMERS: If you don't get your parcel in about 8-10 days, just head to your local post office with your parcel's tracking code. I cannot pay for reshipping items that have been sent back to me because they have been unclaimed from the mail.
SHIPPING UPGRADE: If you really need a 100% trackable and fast delivery, upgrade your shipping option to FedEx (for the US the delivery is 1-3 days). If there is no upgrade option available, just contact me so I can give you a quote for your shipment.

I wanted a dust pan that will last for years, not a cheap plastic one that will eventually break & contribute to more plastic pollution. The shop owner was very professional & touched base when my item shipped. She also made me aware of delivery & tracking. That was very much appreciated! My item was never delivered, so I had to pick it up at my local post office. The only feedback I have for this item is the finish. The edges of the dust pan were rough & sharp, they needed to be filed down/smoothed out. That’s the only reason I’m leaving 4 stars. Other than that, I’m very happy with this item & recommend it to anyone looking for a metal dust pan. Thank you. 🤍
