Customer service was superb and I received the item almost immediately. Marianscabinet. kept me informed the entire way. A great purchase from a great operation from a great shop in Brooklyn.

As all the jewelry is made to order, I do not offer refunds. If upon delivery, the jewelry is for some reason damaged, please contact us ASAP so we can resolve the problem. If there is a fitting or sizing issue, again don't hesitate to contact me. If these is a very practical or valid problem with an item (ie: a sizing problem that can not be resolved due to the design), we can exchange the item with another.
Payment
I generally only accept paypal but if that is not an option for you, I will accept money orders. Please contact me if you can not pay via paypal. Sales tax will be added on for NY State residents.
Shipping
Please note that all our jewelry is made to order so it can take on average 7-14 days to ship. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me. I can let your know whether the order can be shipped sooner or if it needs a shipping upgrade.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (3-5 days delivery) with tracking and delivery confirmation.
All international shipping is via USPS Priority Mail International and take 6-10 days for delivery.
