Once a package has been delivered given to our shipping company it is no longer in our control. If your package is undeliverable, lost or stalled, please try calling your local post office first for: redelivery, package location, or pick up. All shipments are made to the address you list during the checkout, our shop is not liable for incorrect addresses. To ensure that your package gets to you without delay, please make sure the shipping address is correct and up to date. If you choose shipping without tracking no refund is possible. Only packages that were shipped with tracking will get a refunded if package was lost.

Marie Ame Apothecary only uses customer information to fulfill orders. Your personal information (such as your name, email address, mailing address, payment information, and other the details of the product that you are ordering, including additional personal information, for example for custom orders, if you contact me directly) as provided to me by Etsy will only be used by me as needed to provide my services.

I may use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to:
(a) respond to legal process or to government requests
(b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies;
(c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or
(d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers or others. If and when required, we will communicate with you about your order status using the Etsy “convo” platform.

I have no access to your payment account details: Etsy Payments and PayPal process your financial information independently of me. Your transaction information will be stored on the Etsy system as long as I have my store on Etsy or until Etsy deletes it. I will not spam you or solicit you using the information provided to me.

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 7 years.
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU. I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
