My artisan lampwork beads are all handmade by me in my studio in The Netherlands. They are properly Kiln annealed in a digital controled kiln and cleaned of beadrelease.

I try to ship out twice at week. And will ship the item the next time I visit the postoffice after receiving the order, except if it's an item made to order.
Please allow at least 10-14 business days for arrival.
I do my best to make sure your order arrives safely! Your beads will be carefully packaged in a homemade origami box made from recycled envelopes and shipped in a padded envelope.
If you would like me to ship express mail or want to purchase insurance please contact me and I will send you a corrected invoice.
I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.

A special note about glass:
Glass breaks ;)
All my beads have been properly annealed in a digitally controlled kiln and should last a lifetime. However, a trip into the sink or onto the tile floor in the bathroom will likely yield a sad fate. For this reason, please be careful with them.
